1. GENERAL
By booking or using our services, the client agrees to the Terms & Conditions established by Lusotec Construction INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern all residential and commercial construction, full renovations, yard improvements, and specialized surface restoration services (abrasive blasting and power washing) provided by our company.
2. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATION
By scheduling an estimate, submitting a contact form, or providing your information, you expressly consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from Lusotec Construction INC via SMS, MMS, email, phone calls, and voice messages. This includes updates on project planning, scheduling, site preparation, and marketing campaigns. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- New Construction: Foundation, metal framing, flooring, roofing, and interior/exterior finishes.
- Renovations: Kitchen/bathroom remodeling, room expansions, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Outdoor/Yard: Custom patios, decks, fencing, gates, and landscaping.
- Specialized Restoration: Sandblasting, soda blasting, rust removal, and high-pressure power washing.
- Contractor Services: Project management and lifecycle execution for larger enterprises.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & SITE ACCESS
To ensure safe and timely execution, clients must:
- Utility Marking: Ensure all underground utilities (gas, water, electric, sprinklers) are marked before any excavation or yard renovation begins.
- Site Readiness: Provide access to the work area, water, and electricity as required for construction tools and abrasive blasting equipment.
- Permits: Unless otherwise specified in the contract, clients are responsible for obtaining necessary local building permits.
5. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
Lusotec Construction INC is a licensed and insured general contracting company. However, we are not liable for:
- Unforeseen Structural Issues: Pre-existing conditions discovered during demolition or renovation (e.g., mold, rot, or faulty wiring not visible during the estimate).
- Material Variations: Natural variations in wood, stone, or masonry materials.
- Third-Party Delays: Delays caused by material shortages, weather, or municipal inspections.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We reserve the right to reschedule services (especially outdoor work like roofing or power washing) due to hazardous weather or equipment failure to ensure quality and safety. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit or milestone payment schedule will be established for large-scale projects (New Construction/Full Renovation). For maintenance or smaller services, payment is due upon completion. We guarantee results within defined budget limits as stipulated in each contract.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes will be handled through informal negotiation first. Legal proceedings will fall under the jurisdiction of the service area (Southampton, Warrington, Bucks County, PA; NJ, Delaware, or Philadelphia, PA).
